Nicholas “Nick” Weiser

Mr. Weiser is an Environmental Engineer with a Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Resources Engineering from Cal Poly Humboldt. He has experience in instream habitat restoration, stream geomorphology, and hydrology. Nick’s passions include fishing, foraging, birdwatching, and generally exploring the outdoors. He is excited to be improving the rivers and forests that nurture such experiences and activities in and around Humboldt County. At Pacific Watershed Associates, he is a project designer and drafter; assesses stream geomorphology and evolution; develops hydraulic models; aids in construction oversight, project implementation, and logistics; and gives lots of attention to the office dogs. Nick is committed to restoring local rivers and environments to conditions that nourish the landscape, wildlife, and people.
