Samantha “Sam” Lieburn

Samantha Lieburn is a staff scientist at PWA with a B.S. in Wildlife Biology and Conservation Management from Cal Poly Humboldt. She brings experience in collecting vertebrate species, monitoring and data collection, habitat restoration, community outreach, and scientific writing, with a particular interest in herpetofauna. In her current role, she collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to support watershed and habitat restoration projects, erosion mitigation efforts, and other environmental initiatives. Samantha is dedicated to watershed health and protecting wildlife and their habitats through effective conservation practices.
